I had to check the keywords for this clip art to be sure of what it was supposed to be. This hairy kidney in the style of Ren & Stimpy on top of something vaguely in the shape of a shoe is supposed to be Cinderella’s glass slipper on a pillow.

Nice to see your email come in again. Been awhile, but this clipart was worth the wait! I could NOT figure out what it was at first — a prickly peanut, a mouse (do you see the mouse ear, eye and nose in the front of the slipper?), a hairy growth on the back of the mouse? Whatever, I would NOT want to slip my foot into that shoe!
